A deeply nurturing soul, and my path has been one of shedding layers—something I continue to do—allowing myself to feel, love, and embrace who I truly am. My healing journey began around the age of 15 when I felt a gentle yet undeniable pull toward spirituality, health, and wellness. Since then, I’ve explored many modalities, practices, and healing traditions, while embarking on meaningful adventures across the globe. Through these experiences, I’ve learned that true wisdom comes from practice and surrendering to the flow of life. This journey has opened my heart and higher brain to embody infinite, unconditional love.

I’ve had the privilege of learning and practicing a wide range of healing techniques, including Neo Emotional Release, Kundalini Activation Process, Reiki, natural health, Chios energy healing, yoga, herbology, homeopathy, iridology, emotional biodecoding, Traditional Chinese Medicine, breath work, and so much more. I come to you as my most authentic self, connected to source, with the intention of helping you discover your own true self and deepen your connection to source.
