Hormonal Health

Many of us don't realize the influence that hormones have on our entire body. Hormones are quite literally the manuscript for our health - emotional & bodily functions. They facilitate digestion & metabolism, they have an intimate relationship with our nervous system, & they direct our breathing & sleep patterns, sexual desire and so much more.


I have seen plenty of men and women that have imbalanced hormones. The fast-paced, office-setting-dominated society is not helping men or women. Balanced hormones create happy relationships which create a happy world.


On top of that we are consistently bombarded by synthetic hormones in animal products & birth control, in our water, and other "self care" products such as perfume, creams, and makeup. This can lead to high estrogen levels and imbalanced testosterone + progesterone levels that cause imbalanced men and women.


In a perfect world, men & women practice different lifestyles. Women have a 28-day cycle, based on the moon and men operate on a daily cycle, just like the sun. Holding awareness around this is crucial for a productive society.


Living in sync with nature is the easiest way to balance your hormones. Wake up, hydrate, and go outside. Sleep by 10 pm and reduce blue light at least 2-3 hours before.


Since the endocrine system and the nervous system are quite literally best friends, expanding your nervous system so that you can feel and process all of your emotions freely will have a positive impact on your hormonal health. That is a common benefit of my energy healing & activation sessions.
