Vegan, carnivore, vegetarian? What’s best?

Updated: Sep 25

Humans can tend to lean towards extremes. I was one of those humans and still lean towards that for specific situations. For example, if I'm trying to detox I can adhere to a fast for a couple of days.

Each diet or form of eating has a special purpose. From my experience, every person is different and can adopt different eating habits depending on their imbalances. Fruits and vegetables have a purpose. Animal consumption has a purpose. Herbs and spices have a purpose. Cooking, steaming, grilling, and eating raw has a purpose and it just depends on the state of your body what is best for YOU.

I have experienced most diets myself for different reasons. I was always a heavy meat eater since I was young. I loved steak. As a young girl, I would actually eat 2 steaks in one sitting.

One day, I started hating chicken. Then beef. Then eating animals became terrible for me. The way animals were being killed haunted me and I chose to completely avoid animal products for 2 years. It was part of a spiritual process. Shortly after, I began incorporating dairy and sometimes eggs but they took longer for me.

Now, I am plant-based. I eat a lot of fruits & vegetables, legumes, good bread, complex carbs, and more whole foods. I have eggs when my body is asking for them and dairy. I might eat animals but when I do I tend to experience very slow digestion so I try to avoid them as much as possible. Other than that, I also enjoy eating out on occasion.

In my opinion, extreme diets are for those experiencing distress. I chose veganism at a point because my soul and body were asking for a detox.

Fruits and cooked vegetables were a savior. My digestion had been slow for some time now and there's nothing like a good vegan diet done right to put the digestive system at ease.

Anyway, this blog is just to tell you that every diet has a purpose. Everyone can benefit from different eating habits at any point but the ultimate goal is to eat a healthy whole foods diet with plenty of protein, fats, and healthy carbs.

What is important throughout is that everything is frequency. All foods have a certain frequency and depending on your life path, goals, and intuitive needs a diet will work better for you at a certain point in your life.

As an energy healer, I am plant-based because of that. I have a responsibility to hold a clean vessel, free of animal pain & suffering so that I am able to transmit pure life force energy.

If you are experiencing health issues or want to discover how to eat better to become better for you, I am here to help you.

Best,

Gabriela
